The MiMi Side Table is a small surface that earns its place in any room. Set it next to a sofa or a low bed; use it as a plant stand, a book stand, a place to set down a coffee. The faceted geometry catches light from different angles as you move around it, so the colors shift as the day does. The flat top is precise and stable — built to hold what you set on it, low enough to read as object rather than furniture.
Push three or four together and they become a low coffee table for the living room, ready to break apart again when needed — and at 17 inches square, each one doubles as extra seating when there are more guests than chairs.
It pairs naturally with the rest of the MiMi family — same joinery, same finishes, same proportions. The 17-inch footprint matches the depth of the MiMi Console. The MiMi Stool is its sibling, with a carved seat shape for comfort when used primarily for sitting. One system, many configurations.

Designed in Brooklyn by Italian architect Alessandro Preda. Handmade in Italy by master artisans, in FSC-certified plywood and wood veneer with a commercial-grade hand-finished surface. On solid-color finishes, the oak grain remains visible beneath the color. Each piece is hand-sanded, hand-stamped with a unique serial number, and shipped with a signed certificate of authenticity.

The joinery system
The legs pressure-fit into notches cut by our proprietary CNC program. Two bolts secure each one. The joint holds without glue and can be assembled and disassembled as many times as life demands — without loosening, without degrading.
