At miduny, we take customer satisfaction very seriously and are committed to providing thoughtfully designed and meticulously crafted products for our customers to enjoy. All products are hand-finished and, as a result, each piece is unique. We work with materials, such as solid wood, wood veneer, and furniture-grade plywood, whose appearance can vary in color, grain pattern, and overall look and texture, from one specimen to another. We believe that, among other things, this uniqueness makes our products special.
TIMELINE
Every item is carefully inspected before leaving our premises. Once the item is delivered, please inspect your purchase immediately. Should there be any problem with your order, please contact us at info@miduny.com within seven (7) days of receipt using “Return” or “Exchange” in the email header. Returns must be received in original condition within 30 days of the purchase.
INSTRUCTIONS
We take great care to pack our products for safe shipping and the packaging design is an integral part of our concept, so please make sure to keep the original packaging. The item and packaging must be in brand new, resellable condition to be eligible for return or exchange.
For items that have not been purchased directly from our website, please contact the customer service of the website, showroom, or store where you have purchased the item.
RETURN AND REFUND POLICY
If you wish to return an item, please note that while there is no restocking fee, you will be responsible for outbound and return shipping charges, by an approved shipping method. You will also be responsible for fees charged to the seller by the payment platforms (Paypal, Shopify, Stripe, etc.).
Upon return, your item will be inspected, and exchanges, credits, and refunds will be issued for the purchase price only. Any taxes charged will be refunded in accordance with state and local laws.
Orders may be changed or canceled with approval, prior to shipment.
We do not accept any returns or exchanges on custom or special orders. Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
