We strive to deliver your products quickly, safely, and sustainably. That's why miduny's pieces ship flat in custom design boxes. 

The Box

Our boxes are an integral part of the product design and shopping experience. They are built with double-layer corrugated cardboard, lined with a layer of polystyrene, and with cardboard inserts. The box is designed so that each piece can be easily assembled inside the box itself.

Lead Times

Each product's page lists a lead time by finish and by market (U.S. vs E.U. inventories).

We strive to maintain most of our products in stock and ready to ship. However, because we produce our pieces in small batches, we occasionally sell out and have 8-12 weeks lead time. Therefore, before placing your order, we kindly ask that you check the lead time tab on the product's page. 

The table lists up-to-date information on each finish based by market. 

Our handling time for products in stock is 2-3 business days. 

Shipping 

Our orders typically ship Ground with FedEx, UPS, DHL. Larger and heavier pieces, such as the MiMi dining table or Cross Legs glass coffee table, travel with specialized freight carriers with curb delivery. 

America

U.S. and Canada orders ship from our workshop in Brooklyn, New York. Our standard shipping rates include ground delivery to the contiguous 48 States. For shipping to AK, HI or international destinations, don't hesitate to contact spreda@miduny.com or +1 347 450 6668.

European Union

Orders within the European Union ship from our workshop in Verona, Italy. 

International Shipping

We can ship internationally in most cases. Contact us at info@miduny.com to request information. Then, depending on the destination, the order can be fulfilled from our workshop in Brooklyn or our factories in Italy. 

Local pickup

Local pickup is available for New York customers. If you'd like to pick up your purchase at our Brooklyn workshop, you can select the option during the checkout and then send us an email at info@miduny.com to schedule an appointment.

Duties

Orders outside of the U.S. may incur import duties and taxes. Buyers are responsible for any customs duties and taxes charged by your destination country in addition to the item price and shipping charges.
